Privacy policy

When you request a quote or send us a message, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, company, email, phone number, and the scope of your job. We use that information for one thing: to get back to you about your project.

We don't sell your information. Inside DUGS it goes only to the people who need it to prepare your quote. Outside DUGS it is handled only by the service providers that run our website, phone line and customer records for us, and only to do that. Calls to our main number may be answered by an automated assistant and recorded. We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you.

We count visits to this website with Vercel Web Analytics. It records which pages are viewed, the site you came from, and your device type and country. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Want us to delete what we have on file? Email matt@dugs.biz and we'll take care of it.
